    Fair Usage Policy

For our fixed-price data network products, we are providing our customers sufficient data for normal usage, by using local networks in each area. However, there are times that network providers, inside and outside Japan, will limit the network transmission towards users who are using large amount of data during short period of time in order to maintain network quality and to ensure fair usage among users, by cutting off the connection, significantly dropping the connection speed, etc.
In the event that network limitation occurs, we are unable to recover this situation during your usage period.
Please refer from using a large amount of data such as watching videos, online calls, downloading big files, doing online games, etc. Rental fee will still occur even when network limitation is in place.
