As part of a review of our service operations, we have decided to discontinue the WiFiBOX Points Program effective February 28, 2027.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers and appreciate your understanding.

The earning and redemption of points, as well as the use of coupons issued through point redemptions, will be discontinued according to the following schedule.

■ End of Point Earning

November 30, 2026 (Monday), 12:00 PM (JST)

New points will no longer be awarded for WiFiBOX rentals or other eligible activities.

You can continue to exchange your existing points for coupons even after point earning has ended.

■ End of Point Redemption

February 1, 2027 (Monday), 12:00 PM (JST)

The option to exchange accumulated points for coupons will be discontinued.

Please note that any points that have not been redeemed will expire at 12:00 PM (JST) on February 1, 2027.

If you have any remaining points, please exchange them for coupons before the deadline.

February 28, 2027 (Sunday)

Coupons will no longer be valid after this date. Please make sure to use them before they expire.

Q. What will happen to my existing points?

Any points that have not been exchanged for coupons by this deadline will expire.

Q. Can expired points be restored?

Unfortunately, points that expire after 12:00 PM (JST) on February 1, 2027, cannot be restored.

Q. Where can I check my point balance?

You can check your point balance by logging in to your account and visiting the WiFiBOX Membership Rewards Program page.

Q. Can I exchange my points for cash?

No, points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Q. Can I continue using WiFiBOX after the Points Program ends?

Yes. You can continue using WiFiBOX as usual even after the Points Program ends.

Only the Points Program will be discontinued. All other WiFiBOX services will remain available.
