Self-service Wi-Fi rental "WiFiBOX", which allows you to easily rent a mobile Wi-Fi router without contact, is available at JTB's six stores nationwide (Sapporo Odori store, Sogo Yokohama store, Nagoya Unimall store, Osaka Namba store, Travel Gate Kobe Sannomiya, Aeon We are pleased to inform you that the service will be newly installed at the Mall Kurashiki store and will gradually start service from February 19, 2024 (Monday).
With this installation at six stores, the number of WiFi BOX installation locations is now 79 facilities and 86 locations. We will continue to proactively install these systems at domestic airports, stations, commercial facilities, etc., with the aim of further improving convenience for our customers.

JTB stores across the country carry a wide variety of travel options both domestically and internationally, and by linking stores with the website and apps, they improve the comfort and convenience of travel and provide high-quality services. Since Wi-Fi rental is a service that is in high demand among customers as an incidental product for domestic and international travel, we have decided to install WiFIBOX at six stores.
By installing it in stores that are easy to visit when traveling or on a daily basis, it is now possible to provide Wi-Fi to domestic and overseas travelers who need a communication environment while sightseeing. In addition, the effect of mutual customer referrals is to stimulate interest in travel among users who visit JTB stores to pick up WiFi BOX, and to encourage customers who visit to apply for travel to use WiFi BOX when traveling.
