Background

Kansai University boasts the largest number of students in the Kansai region, with eight campuses and 13 undergraduate and graduate schools in Osaka Prefecture.
Now that smartphones have become an indispensable part of our lives, we decided to install the WiFiBOX in order to provide a comfortable communication environment in all aspects of student life, not only when traveling abroad, such as when running out of giga at the end of the month, which is a problem for many people, seminar trips, and overseas study, and to give many students the opportunity to use the WiFiBOX. The WiFiBOX is also available in Japan, so it can be used by international students enrolled in the school.
The WiFiBOX is currently available at six locations in the Kansai region: Kansai International Airport Terminals 1 and 2, Itami Airport, Kyoto Tourist Information Center (Kyo-Navi), Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit MK Taxi Stand, and Smart Phone Repair Studio Osaka Namba Walk. However, since the Senriyama campus is open to the public, non-students can also use these locations as regular pick-up and return locations. The new locations will make it possible to use the service more conveniently in your neighborhood, for example, picking up at Kansai University and returning at Kansai International Airport.
