Background

TIC TOKYO (Tourist Information Center Tokyo) is a general tourist information center located on the first floor of Marunouchi Trust Tower N, a one-minute walk from the Nihonbashi Exit of Tokyo Station. The concierge, who speaks four languages (Japanese, English, French, and Chinese), provides information on sightseeing in Tokyo and other areas of Japan, as well as tour reservations and discount ticket sales for foreign visitors.
WiFIBOXes are currently available at three locations around Tokyo Station (NewDays Gransta Yaesu North Exit, NewDays Yaesu Central Gate, and Tokyo City Eye Tourist Information Center on the first basement floor of KITTE), and the number of facilities where WiFIBOXes can be picked up and returned will increase with the installation at TIC TOKYO. TIC TOKYO will increase the number of facilities where you can pick up and return your tickets. TIC TOKYO is located in front of the Nihonbashi Exit Plaza of Tokyo Station, making it more convenient not only for foreign visitors to Japan, but also for those traveling to the Nihonbashi and Otemachi areas, as well as for business travelers working in the area.
