Background

Q" is a "Glocal Gateway" from Kyushu to the world. From Kyushu to the world, and from the world to Kyushu. Q" is a coworking and learning space in a station location, and celebrated its second anniversary in June this year. The facility offers more than just rental space; it also provides business consultation services by staff from JR Kyushu Group companies, business development support in Japan and overseas through the networks and know-how of "Q" partners and advisors, and community revitalization and urban development through seminars and events related to the Kyushu and Hakata areas. Q" plays a role that goes beyond mere rental space provision, and is used by many people other than those who use "Q" as a base of employment.

In the Kyushu area, Q has been used by many customers since December 2022 when it started providing service in the 1st floor arrival lobby of Fukuoka Airport's International Terminal Building, The new location at "Q" at Hakata Station is expected to further increase convenience for international travelers who wish to pick up their luggage before departure, as well as for temporary use for sightseeing or business, and because it will be possible to pick up and return luggage at the station as well as at the airport.
