We are pleased to announce that "WiFiBOX," an unprecedented Wi-Fi rental service that allows customers to easily rent a mobile Wi-Fi router with a contactless connection, has been newly installed at three NewDays stores in Tokyo.
The three stores are NewDays Akihabara, NewDays Ecute Edition Yurakucho Kyobashi Exit, and NewDays Gransta Yaesu North Exit, all of which allow customers to use WiFiBOX outside of station ticket gates.
With the installation of these three stores, WiFiBOXes will be available at a total of 21 facilities and 26 locations. We will continue to expand the service to more facilities, including stations, to meet the needs of foreign visitors to Japan, domestic business and sightseeing travelers, and Giga-shoppers, thereby enhancing customer convenience.

Background of Installation
Since the first NewDays store in a station, "NewDays Yaesu Chuo Gates" in the Yaesu Chuo Gates on the 1st floor of JR Tokyo Station in December 2022, the service has been well received by many customers. In response to customer requests for the service, we have decided to launch the service at NewDays Akihabara, NewDays Ecute Edition Yurakucho Kyobashi Exit, and NewDays Gransta Yaesu North Exit. All three stores are located outside the ticket gates, making it easier for customers to pick up and return WiFiBOXes, and also making it possible to use the service beyond the station.
