We will be undergoing late-night system maintenance for the date below, and you will not be able to access some parts of our services.
During the maintenance period, you will not be able to perform these actions: doing procedures on the WiFiBOX machines/housings, as well as opening the booking page and the page containing the QR code for pick-up.
Maintenance Period: July 12, 2023 (Wednesday), from 1:00 AM to around 6:00 AM, (Japan Time)
For customers who will be using late-night flights on that day, please ensure that you have picked up your Wi-Fi unit from midnight to 0:59 AM.
For other customers, please avoid this time period for your rental procedures.
*The connection of the Wi-Fi router (unit) itself will not be affected during the maintenance.
