Unlimited Wi-Fi Rented Immediately at Tokyo Station Unprecedented Wi-Fi Rental "WiFiBOX"
(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Yoshitake), a global provider of cross-border mobile communications solutions, has launched "WiFiBOX", an unprecedented Wi-Fi rental service that allows users to rent a mobile Wi-Fi router for 840 yen per day (tax included, unlimited/Japan plan). The "WiFiBOX" service, an unprecedented Wi-Fi rental service, began on December 1, 2022 (Thursday) at "NewDays Yaesu Chuo Gate" located inside the Yaesu Chuo Gate on the first floor of JR Tokyo Station.
Since the start of the service at NewDays Yaesu Chuo ticket gate, the service has been well received and we have received many applications from customers every day. As we approach the long holidays, including the year-end and New Year holidays, we expect even more customers to use the service, so we have increased the stock of terminals and will start operation.
