As of December19(Tue.), we are now able to issue and download receipts, as requested by many of our customers.

We hope you will make more use of WiFiBOX as a means of securing a communication environment for your business, including overseas and domestic business trips and daily sales visits.

Notes

  • The name and company name of the "Billing Address" you enter when you apply for the service will be used as the address of the receipt.
  • Receipts can be downloaded after you have received your WiFiBOX.
  • Orders placed prior to the release of this feature can also be downloaded.

Q. Can I change the name and address on the receipt?

A. No, we do not accept changes to the name or address on the receipt.
When you register your "billing address" at the time of application, please make sure that the information is correct.

Q. I am using iPhone How do I save PDF data from iPhone?

A. The operation differs depending on the iOS version. Please refer to the following.

  1. Tap the Print / Save PDF button
    If a dialog box appears stating, "Automatic printing from this Web site is prohibited." If a dialog box appears, tap "Allow".

  2. The print option appears. Tap the share icon in the upper right corner (the up arrow mark on the square) to save or share the PDF file to a location of your choice.

In case of iOS15 In case of iOS15

  1. Tap the Print/Save PDF button
    If a dialog box appears stating, "Automatic printing from this Web site is prohibited." If a dialog box appears, tap "Allow".

  2. Print options will appear. Tap to expand (pinch) the print preview area with 2 or more Tap the share icon (square with an up arrow) in the upper right corner to save or share the PDF file to a location of your choice.
