Maintenance Schedule: Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 1 PM to around 4 PM (Japan Time)
During the maintenance process, you will not be able to:
- Apply for a period extension via your “My Page”. If you wish to extend your usage, please avoid this time period.
- Connect to the internet for the first time (if you pick up your Wi-Fi unit during the maintenance period)
*If you pick up your Wi-Fi unit during the maintenance period, please make sure to turn on your Wi-Fi unit after 5 PM.
*If you are already using your unit before the maintenance, you will not be affected.
