Comment from Masayasu Tamura, Product Producer and CEO

Thank you very much for the prestigious Good Design Award, WiFiBOX will revolutionize our business model from the conventional polite customer service at the counter to an automatic sharing model. However, this was made possible by our pursuit of our unchanging philosophy, which we have cherished for many years. We hope you will take advantage of WiFiBOX, a "new value" that we have confidently offered after deciphering the changing latent needs following the Corona Disaster.

Evaluation comments by the Good Design Award jury

This service automates the rental of mobile WiFi/batteries without face-to-face contact. In addition to meeting the non-face-to-face needs of the Corona Disaster, this service has the potential to have multiple benefits: it eliminates complicated procedures and lines for users, reduces operating costs for the operator, and allows the airport to have extra space. The award was also given high marks for its implementation capabilities, including its ability to penetrate the market from the first month.
