We would like to inform you that on October 20, 2025, we will be revising the “Basic Terms of WiFiBOX Mobile Communication Device Rental Service”.

 

Below is the main revision point:
･Revision of the amount of indemnification (Annex 1, Paragraph 2)

Before After
Mobile Communication Device:
For complete damage, loss: 25,000 yen/device		 Mobile Communication Device:
For complete damage, loss: 15,000 yen/device

 

･Revision of handling and fee rules in case of delayed return (Article 12 and Annex 1, Paragraph 2)

Before After
(1)Return delay within 7 days from the designated return date: arrearages shall apply
(2)Return delay exceeding 7 days from the designated return date: indemnification shall apply		 (1)Return delay within 7 days from the designated return date: arrearages shall apply
(2)Return delay exceeding 7 days from the designated return date: arrearages, in addition, and indemnification shall apply
