[Important Notice] Temporary Suspension of WiFiBOX Services Due to System Maintenance

Thank you for using WiFiBOX.

 

Please be informed that system maintenance will be carried out during the period outlined below. During this time, both the pickup and return of WiFiBOX devices will be temporarily unavailable at all locations. We strongly recommend that customers who are planning to pick up a device do so in advance.

 

■ Maintenance Schedule

Tuesday, July 15, 2025, from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM (JST)

Please note that the end time may vary depending on the progress of the work.

 

■ Services Temporarily Unavailable

  • Pickup of devices from rental machines(WiFiBOX)
  • Return of devices to rental machines(WiFiBOX)
  • New reservations for WiFiBOX service

 

■ Important Notes for Customers

  • Pickups and returns will not be available during the maintenance period.
  • Devices can be picked up free of charge starting two days before the selected departure date (or usage start date for domestic use).
  • Internet service will continue to function as usual during this period.
