“WiFiBOX” 3rd anniversary! Started own point program

To celebrate the third anniversary of the release of our self-service Wi-Fi rental service "WiFiBOX," we are pleased to announce that we will be launching a new "WiFiBOX Points Program" from April 1, 2025.
In this program, you can earn points based on the amount you spend, and you can exchange the points for discount coupons based on the total amount. You can get coupons for up to 10% off.

WiFiBOX Points Program Overview

Target Audience

All customers who use "WiFiBOX" *Membership registration is required.

Points awarded

5 points will be awarded for every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent on the "WiFiBOX" *Points will be awarded when you receive the "WiFiBOX"

Coupon Exchange

The points you accumulate can be used as discount coupons on your next visit or later.
・200 points → 5% OFF coupon (Japan plan only)
・500 points → 10% OFF coupon (all plans and Wi-Fi products only)

Precautions

Points are not awarded for repayments or late fees.
Points are valid for 365 days after they are earned.
The redeemed coupon will expire 90 days after it is redeemed.
The exchanged coupon can only be used once (including in the case of cancellation of reservation).

How to redeem coupons

After logging in, you can exchange your points for coupons by clicking the ticket icon at the bottom left of the website > Exchange points.
*Pressing the exchange button will result in an immediate exchange.
*Once a coupon has been exchanged, it cannot be converted back into points.

How to use coupons

You can check the coupons you have earned by going to the ticket icon at the bottom left of the website > Coupons you have earned.
Copy the displayed coupon code and enter it on the payment screen.
*Please note that if the discount is not applied at the time of application, it will not be applicable.
*The discount applies to data charges only and does not apply to options.
*Coupons cannot be used in combination.
