“WiFiBOX” 3rd anniversary! Started own point program

To celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the release of the self-Wi-Fi rental service "WiFiBOX", we would like to inform you that we have started a new "WiFiBOX Points Program" from April 1, 2025.
With this program, points are accumulated according to the amount spent, and the accumulated points can be exchanged for discount coupons. You can get coupons for up to 10% off. Additionally, all new members who register will receive 200 points.

Points awarded

5 points will be awarded for every 100 yen spent on “WiFiBOX” *Points will be awarded upon completion of receiving “WiFiBOX”

coupon exchange

Accumulated points can be used as discount coupons for future use.
200 points → 5% OFF coupon (Japan plan only)
500 points → 10% OFF coupon (all plans/Wi-Fi products only)

Precautions

Repayments and late fees are not eligible for points.
Points are valid for 365 days after they are earned.
The expiry date of the redeemed coupon is 90 days from the date of acquisition.
Once redeemed, the coupon can only be used once. (Including cases of reservation cancellation)

How to exchange coupons

You can exchange points for coupons by clicking the ticket icon on the bottom left of the website > Exchange Points.
*Press the exchange button to exchange immediately.
*Once redeemed, coupons cannot be converted back into points.

How to use coupons

You can check the coupons you have acquired by selecting the ticket icon at the bottom left of the website > Owned Coupons.
Copy the displayed coupon code and enter it on the payment screen.
*Please note that if the discount is not applied at the time of application, the discount will not be applicable.
*Discount applies only to data communication charges and does not apply to options.
*Coupons cannot be used together.
