Background to the launch of the “2-Day Advance Pickup Service for free”
Since its release, we have taken customer feedback seriously and have worked to improve our services. We have received feedback from customers such as ``The airport is crowded, so I would like to pick it up at the station closest to my company in advance,'' and ``I am worried about whether the same-day pick-up will go smoothly.'' We will start using it from March 12, 2024. We have started an "advance pick-up service" that allows you to pick up your order for free from the day before. We have received positive reviews from people who say, ``If you receive it in advance, you don't have to forget or rush on the day, so you can feel at ease,'' and people who are conscious of time performance (Taipa) say ``Taipa is good for traveling or business trips.'' .

In addition, we have expanded the number of locations so that you can receive your package in advance at stations, commercial facilities, hotels, etc. that are closest to your home or office, and have begun offering the service not only in urban areas but also in rural areas. We will continue to respond to customer requests and aim to improve convenience.
