Installation background

Fukuoka, which is located approximately 6 minutes by subway from Fukuoka Airport to Hakata and approximately 12 minutes to the downtown area of Tenjin, is one of Japan's leading tourist destinations and is visited by many domestic and international tourists. One of the reasons for its popularity is its convenient transportation. Nishi-Nippon Railway, nicknamed "Nishittsu," has expanded its four railway lines and bus routes around the Tenjin-Omuta Line, providing ease of sightseeing for visitors and "citizens' enjoyment" for residents. The only major private railway in Kyushu that has continued to support people's lives as a means of transportation. We have recently decided to install our self-service Wi-Fi rental service ``WiFiBOX'' at Nishitetsu Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station, Yakuin Station, and Ohashi Station, which are used by many people, and begin service. "WiFiBOX" is compatible with six languages, including English and Korean, so the number of foreign tourists visiting Japan, who are expected to increase, can use the station smoothly without worrying about language. Consumers can use it in a variety of situations, including ``running out of gigabytes at the end of the month,'' ``sudden remote meetings,'' ``improving the communication environment when moving,'' and ``watching videos that consume large amounts of storage space.'' is. We will continue to vigorously promote the introduction of these devices throughout the city, including at nearby stations, as easy-to-rent and return locations, and strive to improve convenience for all customers.
