WiFiBOX is a portable Wi-Fi rental service for domestic and international use with a surprisingly simple and contactless rental process: from booking, picking up, and returning.

  • Portable Wi-Fi That Also Functions As Power Bank

    WiFiBOX device can also be used as a power bank, with charging cables already equipped.

Unlimited(3GB): If you use more than 3 GB per day, the transmission speed will be limited to a maximum of 1 Mbps. However, data usage is unlimited.
※Transmission speed is best-effort type.
※Data usage is reset at midnight Japan time.

Truly Unlimited: There is no limit to daily data usage.
※Transmission speed may be restricted for users who make excessive data usage in a short period of time.

      年末自前のスマホが速度制限かかり公共Wifi使っていたら偶然見つけて試しに借りてみました。とても手続きも簡単でデビットでも利用できるので嫁さんにもバレずに借りれ助かりました笑

      サポートセンターのオペレーターが秀逸

      深夜の作業中に赤いランプが点灯し、困ってサポートセンターに問い合わせたところ、期間が過ぎていたとのこと。すぐにカード支払いをしたら数分で復旧した。

      サポートセンターのオペレーターさんも深夜でありながら迅速なご対応をしていただき、とても助かった。

      またすぐに復旧可能なシステムもとてもありがたい。

      Poor service, no data

      The WiFi didn’t work, we barely used the internet and nothing could load, we ended up purchasing a SIM card. We sent multiple emails asking for assistance but none was given. We’ve bought your service multiple times, this is the first time the wifi didn’t work, we are very disappointed.
